This is a low budget fairly clean hotel providing neat rooms. Attentive staff ensures you spend a LOVELY time here. Don't forget to explore Boscombe district. We would stay here again and recommend it to all.

The owner was incredibly helpful, arranging a taxi for us just when we needed it. The communal garden was a lovely suntrap to relax in before heading to town.

The stay was decent but had its downsides. The location is pretty convenient, with Boscombe Beach just a short walk away, and the outdoor space for breakfast was a nice touch. the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the facilities like the shared ironing board were quite inconvenient. It was nice to have late check-in, but the first impression was marred by some unpleasant smells in the common areas.

Had a wonderful night in a comfortable double room. The shower, though compact, was functional! Enjoyed the nearby cafes-particularly the one with really good breakfast options! Pro tip, Arrive early to secure parking in the area. A great spot to unwind with friends.
